Quadwrangle Music is very proud to have visiting from the US Duende Libre trio, who will be playing for us shortly at the Simonholt Restaurant (Nanaimo) Oct. 4th 7:30pm.
The band is one of the most interesting Latin Jazz based bands I have heard. Swinging in style with ease from Brazil, to New Orleans, European jazz rhythms to New York, this is a truly unique band. No foot will be left untapped!
The Trio features Alex Chadsey (bandleader and keys), Jeff Busch (percussion), and Farko Dosumov (electric bass) and they have played with many fine world class players, including; Chucho Valdés, Carlos Santana, Clinton Fearon, Dudley Nesbitt, Dave Hassel, Jesse Bannister, Martha Gonzalez, Quetzal Flores, Joe Santiago, and Marc Seales to name a few.
